If you find a bug in Taxi, please report it to the Support team. They will then provide guidance, replicate the bug and escalate it to the engineering team as required.

To use the live chat:
Click on the blue circle with the speech bubble in it. This can be found at the bottom right hand corner of every page in Taxi.
Live chat is available from 9:00am to 5.30pm (GMT) each weekday, and we reply to out of hours support as soon as possible.
When contacting the Support team please provide:
- The URL of the Taxi page where the bug happened
- What you were trying to do
- Description of the issue that happened
