To set up the Oracle Responsys connector, you'll need to be logged into both your Oracle Responsys and Taxi accounts.
By default Responsys block the connector from creating and updating emails. To get it enabled you will need to raise a support ticket with Responsys to get a support request ID number.
In Taxi, head to your Organisation Settings
Select the ESP Connectors tab.
Click 'Add New'
Select Oracle Responsys from the dropdown. This will need to be enabled by Taxi. You'll need to name your connector.
- Click 'Oracle Responsys' to edit the connector settings
- Fill in your Responsys Username and Password
Add your Interact Pod Number
If you don’t know this, go to your Responsys login and the number will be part of the url e.g. https://interact2.responsys.net
Click 'Add connector'
You're now ready to export mailings to Oracle Responsys.
