To set up the Emarsys connector, you'll need to be logged into both your Emarsys and Taxi accounts. You'll also need your Emarsys Customer ID.

  1. In Taxi, head to Integrations
    Select the ESP Connectors tab
  2. Click 'Add New'
    Select Emarsys from the dropdown. This will need to be enabled by Taxi. You'll need to name your connector - we recommend 'Emarsys'

3. Click 'Emarsys' to edit the connector settings
4. Add your Customer ID
You can also add in a default sender (name and email address). You make sure the email addresses provided are valid.

5. Select if the connector is a sandbox account

6. Select if you want to allow exports for the different email status options
7. Click 'Add Connector'

Note: Emarsys doesn't allow duplicate campaign names, so make sure the campaign name is unique.
