To set up the Oracle Responsys connector, you'll first need to contact your Oracle Responsys support contact to ensure that you have 'advanced APIs' enabled on your account. When you contact Responsys you will get a ticket number once you have this you can give this ticket number to your Customer Success Manager at Taxi and they will get in touch with Responsys to generate a key which has the necessary API rights.
Once this has been completed you can follow the steps below to set up the Oracle Responsys connector.
To set up the Oracle Responsys connector, you'll need to be logged into both your Oracle Responsys and Taxi accounts.
In Taxi, head to Integrations
Select the ESP Connectors tab
Click 'Add New'
Select Oracle Responsys from the dropdown. This will need to be enabled by Taxi. You'll need to name your connector
3. Click 'Oracle Responsys' to edit the connector settings
4. Fill in your Responsys Username and Password
5. Add your Interact Pod Number
If you don’t know this, go to your Responsys login and the number will be part of the URL e.g. https://interact2.responsys.net
6. Content Export Folder
Allows you to select a folder where version segments will get exported to when doing an export with a segment set.
7. Select if you want to set some restrictions for this connector
You can control who can use the connector and also what type of exports users can export. When these are selected you will see the options to the right of the screen where you can add users and teams and select the export types.
8. Click 'Add connector'
You're now ready to export mailings to Oracle Responsys
