You can set up IP Whitelisting on your account to allow a predefined list of IP addresses connect to your Taxi account.

You'll need to make sure that the feature has been enabled as part of your plan. Get in touch with us if you'd like to add it to your account.

To set up IP Whitelisting: 

  1. Click 'Organisation' from the bottom left hand corner of your Taxi screen and select 'Security'
  2. Select the 'Enterprise Security Settings' tab
  3. Select 'Add IP Address' under the IP Whitelisting section
    If any IP(127.0.0.1) or IP CIDR (192.168.0.0/16) are added to the list, Taxi will start blocking any IP addresses that are not in the list.

4. Click 'Save Changes'
   
Once saved, you will only be allowed to access Taxi if your IP is in this whitelist. If          it's not you will automatically be logged out and a message will appear.
