The first step is to create a segment set, which will allow you to add different content for each part of your audience e.g. loyalty segments

● To create a segment set go to Data > Segmentation > Segment sets and select ‘Add New’

● Name and describe your segment set and click ‘Create segment set’

● Click ‘Add New’ to add your first segment then ‘Create’

● Repeat for as many segments as you need.

● You can either add a specific default segment, or allocate another segment as default content during the configuration step

● You must create the segment set before you can use it in your mailing

● If you are using a connector, the next step is to configure your segment set to work with your ESP
