If you are an admin user then follow these steps:  
> Click on 'users' on the top black navigation bar and you will see a  list of all the users in your account  
> At the bottom of the list click on the 'Add new user' link  
> Fill  in their name and email details and then click the red 'Add user' button. You  can also add your new user to a team at this stage if you are ready to.  
> The Taxi system will send the new user an email asking them to log in and set their password. As soon as they've done this they can start using Taxi.
