If you are an admin user then follow these steps:  

• Click on 'users' on the top black navigation bar and you will see a  list of all the users in your account  
• At the bottom of the list click on the 'Add new user' link  
• Fill  in their name and email details and then click the red 'Add user' button. You  can also add your new user to a team at this stage if you are ready to.  
•The Taxi system will send the new user an email asking them to log in and set their password. As soon as they've done this they can start using Taxi.
