> Navigate to the project, mailing or version concerned
> Go to the 'Actions' drop down and select 'Settings'
> Click on the 'User Management' section
> Scroll down to the 'Add an Editor' or 'Access' section
> Select the teams or users you want to give access to from the drop down menu
> Click the red 'Allow Access' button.
Any users you select at the project level will be able to edit everything in the project.
Any users you select at the mailing level will be able to edit all versions in the. mailing.
Any users you select at the version level will only be able to edit the specific versions chosen.
