• Navigate to the project, mailing or version concerned
• Go to the 'Actions' drop down and select 'Settings'
• Click on the 'User Management' section
• Scroll down to the 'Add an Editor' or 'Access' section
• Select the teams or users you want to give access to from the drop down menu
• Click the red 'Allow Access' button.

• Any users you select at the project level will be able to edit everything in the project.

• Any users you select at the mailing level will be able to edit all versions in the mailing.

• Any users you select at the version level will only be able to edit the specific versions chosen.
