• You can control permissions through admin / non-admin users, teams and through project/mailing access. 

• So the method you use depends on what you want your users to be able to see and do. 

• To restrict permissions to specific projects, mailings or functions, remove admin rights and then give the user access to the mailing you want, or put them in a team where you can set team permissions. 

• For more granular permissions, you can create a team with just one person in it.
