To give teams access to a project, navigate to the project concerned.  
• Go to the 'Actions' drop down and select 'Settings'  
• Click on the 'User Management' section  
• Scroll down to the 'Add an Editor' section  
• Select  the teams or users you want to give access to from the drop down menu  
• Click the  'Allow Access' button.  

Any teams you select at the project level will be able to edit all mailings and versions in this project.
