To make someone an administrator when you create the account follow these steps:  

• Click on 'Users' on the top navigation bar and you will see a list of all the users in your account  
• Click 'Add new'
• Fill in their name and email details  
• Tick the 'User is Administrator' check box and then click the 'Add user' button.
• The Taxi system will send the new user an email asking them to log in and set their password. As soon as they've done this they can start using Taxi.
