How data flows between your browser, Taxi for Email and Adobe Campaign

Taxi for Email is hosted in AWS (Amazon Web Services) data centres in Dublin, Ireland. Servers are on a private network with no public ip addresses and multiple levels of firewall. TLS >= 1.2 is supported

Adobe Campaign API information

Taxi connects to the Adobe campaign server using the Adobe campaign soap api:

  • This is the same API that is used by the adobe client console

  • Documentation relating to the API is available from Adobe

  • Connection is via HTTPS/TLS

  • Taxi always initiates connection from one of the IP addresses listed here, so these should be white listed in the adobe campaign settings:

    https://support.emailcms.net/ip_list

  • Taxi requires a valid, public SSL certificate to be installed on the adobe campaign server
